Children’s Visitation Program

The Franklin County Children’s Visitation Program (FCCVP) offers a child-friendly atmosphere for families who need an alternative to unsupervised visits between children and their non-custodial parents.

FCCVP is designed to offer a safe and neutral setting for children to see the family members who do not live with them.  The program also provides children with the opportunity to build relationships with their non-custodial parents in a safe, child-friendly environment.

All the visits are supervised by professional monitors who have undergone training focused on best practices for supporting children in the space. Supervised visits can be helpful for children who have a non-custodial parent that has been involved in domestic violence, sexual assault, and/or substance abuse. FCCVP also offers the opportunity for visits in cases involving adoption, guardianship, or in cases when children do not live with biological parents.

If you believe that your child would benefit from supervised visits, please contact us:
