The Ware River Valley Domestic Violence Task Force recently released a new video, Requesting a Restraining Order - A Walk Through the Court Process. The video discusses getting ready for court, what to expect when we get to court, speaking before a judge, and what happens after court. The video walks us through the process at Eastern Hampshire District Court, but the information is valuable for a survivor going to any Massachusetts court. The 13 minute video is available to download on any website in English and in Spanish - just email us for details.
